Colin is a busy children’s entertainer with a range of children’s parties and magic shows for children or family audiences.

Colin entertains with his mix of great magic and funny puppets at children’s parties, school educational shows, walkabout magic and ventriloquism for shopping centers, fetes, product launches etc.

He can also make some brilliant balloons! Balloon animals are always a winners with kids or adults!

Understanding that the thought of entertaining a group of children can be quite daunting he came up with his Stress Free Children’s Party, a two hour complete party package.

Whatever type of show you choose, when you book the Ace of Diamonds Magic Company for your event you can relax. Here’s what you get.


  • Professional: You can guarantee that he will be on time, looking the part with everything he needs. Colin uses only professional quality props and sound equipment. He has his own backdrop to turn any venue into a mini theatre. Having a professional in charge helps the children to relax.
  • Experience: With over 15 years experience Colin has come across just about every situation and has learned how to get the best from any show. He will organise the children so every one gets the best.
  • Fun: Colin knows how to pace a show for any age, He’ll get the kids laughing with out just having them shout at him. There are also moments in the show of quiet magic. Colin uses music during the show to enhance his magic.
  • Magic: Some stunning magic and some crazy bits and pieces keeps the children enthralled for the whole show leaving you to enjoy taking photos and watching your child having a great time.
  • Ventriloquism: Colin is one of the few professional ventriloquists working in the country today. He has a range of characters for all ages. You can pick a favourite for Colin to bring along if you like.
  • Games: Colin has a range of games so he can vary the pace of the show to suit the mood of the children. He doesn’t use any elimination games so all the children are involved for the whole party, and every child goes home a winner.

  • Fun Show, £125
  • 45 Minutes of Magic and Ventriloquism. During the show the children will get to meet Snot The Dragon, learn his special magic words and help out in some fantastic magic tricks.

  • The Magic Party, £185
  • A Full Two Hour Party Package. This adds a selection of non-elimination games and more magic to the Fun Show. Working in teams the children try to win the magic sweets. I wonder who will win! The show is split into approximately two 50 minute halves with a break for food, not supplied, in the middle.

  • The Complete Party Package, £200
  • The One With The Extras. Snot the Dragon finds the birthday child, in his own special way and then magically makes them a Birthday Card to keep. Also all the children will receive a balloon animal and a poster of Snot the Dragon. (up to thirty children, more available for a small extra cost)

  • The Super Illusion Show, £300
  • A Party To Remember! The first hour of the show features Snot The Dragon, magic and games. Then there is the break for food. The second half of the show features Colin Dymond and his assistant performing illusions. Also the birthday child will feature in their own illusion, a great photo opportunity.

  • Mid Week Discount; If you are having a party Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays you will get a 20% discount. Mid week disount is not available during December.
